KACE Academy programs are crafted to support individuals in advancing their professional careers by providing exceptional education and training, essential resources, and timely updates to stay ahead of compliance requirements. for over 20 years.



KACE Administrator-in-Training Program


The KACE AIT Program provides 480 hours of supervised training in a nursing facility with an experienced administrator (preceptor), offering comprehensive resources including textbooks, study guides, and practice exams to help applicants gain licensure as adult care home administrators. With additional learning opportunities like seminars, professional organization meetings, and exposure to state agencies, the program equips AITs with the skills, insights, and experiences necessary for successful licensure and long-term care leadership.

Prepare for success with our quarterly test prep classes, led by the nationally recognized author of AIT books used across the country. Offered free of charge to KACE AIT students, these sessions give you the expert guidance and resources you need to excel on the national exam national exam.

KACE Operator Training Program


The KACE Operator Training Program offers a dynamic blend of virtual and in-person trainings led by Adult Care Executives, state agency professionals, and industry professionals who have dedicated their careers towards advancing elder care.


Virtual education is powered by an online classroom with virtual presentations and resources designed to help you pass the operator exam and provide real advice for working in the operator role.


In-person education sessions led by Adult Care Executives, state agency leaders, and include exam preparation before you take the exam.
