What You'll Do

Your primary focus will be leading the clinical team toward better outcomes for residents.

You'll:

• Provide clinical leadership and bring the interdisciplinary team together around shared goals for resident care
• Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities using clinical data, observations, and feedback
• Lead the team in developing practical solutions that improve resident outcomes and quality of life
• Coach and develop nurses, CNAs, and other clinical team members to strengthen skills, confidence, and accountability
• Foster a culture where team members communicate openly, share ideas, and work together to solve problems
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and follow through to ensure improvements are sustained
• Promote proactive approaches to identifying and addressing changes in resident condition
• Partner with providers, therapy, social services, residents, and families to create coordinated, individualized care
• Support regulatory compliance while keeping the focus on why we do what we do—the residents we serve
• Monitor clinical outcomes and help the team understand what the data is telling us
• Celebrate successes while continually looking for the next opportunity to improve
