Immediate Jeopardy Removal Plan Development

Once you have been notified that you are in immediate jeopardy, Melissa will help review and develop your Immediate Jeopardy (IJ) removal plan prior to submission to KDADS. The fee for this service is $350 for 2 hours, then $175 for each additional hour. If additional hours are necessary, they will be billed upon completion of the service.
