Past Non-Compliance/Self-reported investigation assistance

Melissa will help review your incident and provide recommendations to achieve past non-compliance (the incident will already be corrected when state enters your facility) as well as self-report investigation assist to submit to KDADS. The fee for this service is $400 for 2 hours, then $200 for each additional hour. If additional hours are necessary, they will be billed upon completion of the service.
