Offsite Mock Survey

The Offsite Mock Survey includes 1 ½ - 2 days of offsite record review. This service will help prepare the facility for survey and help improve the facility's CMS 5-star rating. The service will include areas based on their Quality Measures, and each facility's preferences. This service may include: elopements, falls, weight loss, pressure ulcers, other wounds, UTIs, abuse prevention, infection control, or other areas as requested by the facility. Upon completion of the offsite survey readiness visit, feedback of system reviews and potential F-tags along with suggestions for improvement and corrective actions will be provided.
