Onsite Mock Survey

The Onsite Mock Survey includes 1 ½ - 2 days onsite. This service will help prepare the facility for survey and help improve the facility's CMS 5-star rating. Melissa will tailor the review areas for each facility based on their Quality Measures and based on each facility's preferences. This service may include: Entrance conference form review and information the administrator should have ready for survey Elopements Falls Weight loss Pressure ulcers Other wounds UTIs Abuse prevention Other significant events as requested by the facility System reviews will include facility policy review, training plan review, and resident reviews for the identified focus areas. Upon completion of the onsite survey readiness visit, feedback of system reviews and potential F-tags along with suggestions for improvement and corrective actions will be provided. This service is $1,499.00 plus travel expenses.
