Take the mystery out of IQIES and ePOC and learn how to use these essential survey tools with confidence. This session will provide a practical overview of the Internet Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (IQIES) and the Electronic Plan of Correction (ePOC) process, including how to access reports, navigate key features, respond to survey findings, and submit plans of correction electronically.
